Guest Information

• We are open all year except December 23-26, and in January we are open only for stays of 2 or more nights.

Rates include a full breakfast, 24-hour soft drinks or tea, and on weekends a wine and cheese hour.  Breakfast is served from 8:30 – 9:30 a.m., with coffee available earlier.

There is a 2-night minimum on some weekends, holidays, and for special events (Fri./Sat. or Sat./Sun.).

Check in is from 3:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.  Late check-ins when necessary and by prior arrangement.  Guests are welcome to arrive early and park in our private lot.  Check-out is 11:00 a.m. 

We are a non-smoking inn.  Guests can smoke outside in the yard or on the terrace.  If a guest smokes inside the house, there will be a minimum $150 cleaning fee.

A deposit of one night’s stay or half the total, whichever is greater, must be received within 7 days of booking. Deposits can be made by Visa, MasterCard, or check.

We cannot accommodate pets.

Cancellation policy: Due to our small size, cancellations can be extremely costly for us. Therefore, if you cancel 10 days or more before, there is not penalty. If you cancel within 9 days or less, you will be charged for one night’s stay or half your total, whichever is greater. If we’re able to rebook the room for the nights you reserved you will not be charged. Changes are treated the same as cancellations.

Corporate rates or extended stay rates are available and vary depending on the length of stay and needs.
